• Local—Receive messages in a multi-city area. Coverage varies by location. An example of local coverage for a customer located in Dallas, TX would include all of Dallas, Fort Worth and the surrounding suburban communities.
• Statewide—Receive messages throughout a specific state where transmitters are located. Only rural locations will not be covered within the chosen state.
• Nationwide—Receive messages throughout the country including Alaska and Hawaii. This service represents the highest available level of coverage.

• 800# Blocked—This is an 800# that anyone can dial, across the country, without incurring long-distance charges. However, since this is a “blocked” 800# it will not function on any pay phones.
• 800# Unblocked—This is an 800# that anyone can dial, across the country, without incurring long-distance charges. Pay phones are able to call this “unblocked” 800# without restriction.
• Basic Voicemail—Voicemail service includes a 20 second greeting, 5 message storage (each message up to 20 seconds in length). All messages are saved for 12 hours. An extra charge applies if the voicemail package is for a numeric pager with an 800#, either blocked or unblocked.
• Standard Voicemail—Voicemail service includes a 20 second greeting, 15 message storage (each message up to 30 seconds in length). All messages are saved for 24 hours. An extra charge applies if the voicemail package is for a numeric pager with an 800#, either blocked or unblocked.
• Executive Voicemail—Voicemail service includes a 20 second greeting, 15 message storage (each message up to 60 seconds in length). All messages are saved for 48 hours. An extra charge applies if the voicemail package is for a numeric pager with an 800#, either blocked or unblocked.
• Numeric Retrieval—Allows numeric customer to retrieve the last 12 numbers paged.
